My kids will actually all eat this one and it's so easy!

    Italian beef

3-4 lb beef roast (the cheaper the better)
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1 pkg dry Ita'l seasoning

Place all in crock pot on low for 10-12 hours. That's it & you (or at least I haven't been able to yet) can't mess it up!

    Looking forward to more input!

This is one of my favs as it is so easy...and as you'l notice...very low in fat...HEHEHEHEEHE....

    Creamed corn

    In crockpot add
    1 stick butter
    1 block cream cheese
2-32 oz.bags frozen corn(I like the white and yellow mix,you can use any)
    2TBS Sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste

Cook on high for 2-4 hrs stirring ocassionaly

This is so yummy...people are often put off by the name as a lot of people don't like cramed corn...but this is like no other creamed corm I have ever had...and I have never met someone who didn't like it!!! And I always have tons of people asking for the recipe...It is the best!

    For shredded chicken:

One sliced onion in the bottom of a slow cooker
    Add boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Add season salt and pepper

Cook on low for only 4-6 hours. If you cook them too long they will be dry.

When done, shred chicken and use for soups, tacos, etc.
