Hope everyone in the path of storm "Nemo" stays safe and warm!:cwds:
We are "due". It really has been mild in buffalo. I'm looking forward to a big snow storm. Yeah from a stay at home mom, who doesn't have to go out in it. Hahaha
Same to you Sarah! Stay warm!
Thanks, Amy.:cwds: You too!
The clatter before the storm! It was crazy out there! Our town has yet to cancel school, so we will get the 5 am phone call canceling tomorrow.
Everyone stay safe and warm!
We just got our box of supplies today - yay for an overabundance of insulin and pump supplies before a big snow storm!
We're getting slammed over here in the northeast part of the state. Here's hoping we all keep power Stay safe and stay in tomorrow! :cwds:
Stay safe everyone.
What? we're getting a storm? I hadn't heard......
(got my bread and milk and beer....I'm all set)
Thanks Sarah, you too. It was gentle flurries this morning, but it's starting to come down harder now.
We've got plenty of food, meds, firewood, and gas for the snowblower and generator.
Same here. Add wine to the list. The state liquor store closed before I could get my Baileys
As I said all we need (in order):
You can see I have my priorities straight!
Haha! Your list looks like mine!
and junk food! Dob't forget the junk! I always end up buying some giant bag of chips, or chocolate when there's a storm. I'll pass on the Baileys and put some Doritos in it's place '-)
Just wanted to check in and see how you all are holding up. I can imagine some of you have gotten a TON of snow already since last night. On a side note, if you get tired of all that snow, my kids would love to take at least a foot of it off your hands
I had to control myself on the junk food
My go to would be BBQ potato chips, and I really wished I had a bag last night. It would have gone so well with the Reisling
Doing well here, so far no power out. We have about 25 inches of snow at it's worst point, wind is still blowing. Luckily the snow isn't heavy which helps a lot. Unfortunately, our condo on Cape Cod isn't faring as well. Lost power down there, praying the pipes don't freeze!
We got about 2 feet here in the southeast part of MA. We and lots of others are still without power. Tomorrow's rain isn't going took help the situation.
