My neighbor is bringing over a pot and I want to have it with dinner tonight. What do you usually serve with it?

    Thanks!

Tortillas? With any chili, I like to make cornbread and a salad.

Definitely cornbread. The little Jiffy mixes are really not bad. Nice salad, all set to go. Yum!

We love green chile! I've used green chile to smother burritos. Also like to make green chile cheese fries. If the pork green chile is a little runny it makes a great sauce for enchiladas! Now, it's time to go make dinner lol:p

Green chile does tend to be a regional dish, found in the Southwest. It is the basis of New Mexican food. Chiles range from mild to hot depending on the soil moisture where they were grown. Another FYI the best green chile comes from Hatch, New Mexico! Some stores sell green chile under the name Anaheim peppers.

    Yum! I love chile verde!

Tortillas, mexican/spanish rice, cornbread, it's all good.

p.s. ask her if she's willing to share the recipe with us :cwds:
