I am so sorry to hear this...
I am so terribly sorry. My eyes are welling up for her and all of you. On all days, too. God bless you.....
I am so sorry. I pray that she is able to rise to the challenge of living with Type 1, and that she may live a long and HAPPY life.
For you I pray for wisdom, courage and strength as you help your daughter, yourself and your family through this.
I wish diabetes would just GO SOMEWHERE AND LEAVE US THE HELL ALONE!!
I am so sorry.
I am so sorry to hear about Alex's diagnosis. Hugs from Minnesota to all of you.
I am so sorry But congratulations in getting her to the doctor so early. It must be absolutely devastating, however remember with your knowledge, caring and the new technology she will be fine!:cwds:
Thank you all for your prayers. She seems to be doing well. Her numbers have all been great. Nothing over 200 at all. She is doing her own shots but won't prick her finger yet. She almost passed out in the ER from the sight of the blood. So, that's an obstacle we'll overcome. I'm ready to order the pump already - and the CGMS - I wonder how long they'll make us wait.
Again, your prayers mean everything to us!!
I am so sorry Alex was DX'd. Sending prayers your way and one deep breath.
I am so very sorry for the dx. Know that we are all here for you.
This just made me cry...not fair ever.
HI, I just wanted to add my message, we are very sorry here too. Thinking of you xxxx
Hi Christy I am sorry I am seeing this so late. I am so sorry for the second diagnosis!!! Hugs to you and Alex!!! Sorry about the timing with Christmas and her birthday!!! D stinks enough but this timing is horrendous!!!!! I will be praying for you and your family!!!
oh no. I am so sorry!! Big hugs to your daughter.
If you're already comfortable with pumping/cgms and your daughter is willing, you could probably start pumping right away. Just ask your dr.
I am so sorry...You and your family are in our prayers. :cwds:
I am so sorry about the second dx. I am so glad that you caught it early though. Hopefully you don't have to wait for pump and CGMS.
So sorry about the new diagnosis.. If Alex ever wants to talk to anybody of her own age with D, there's always the teen forum over here. Hugs to you and Alex and the rest of your family.
I'm so sorry for Alex's diagnosis and particularly at this time of year. Thinking of you all and saying prayers as Alex adjusts to the diagnosis. Hugs!!!
Words cannot convey how sorry I am.
I am so sorry to hear this. It is tough to be diagnosed as a teenager. Know that we are all thinking of you and Alex and your family.
