Ok so i have a question for a friend..

One of my BFF's here has a son who is type 1. Her hubbys job maybe relocating them to washington DC area... If they do they will probley move to one of the surrounding states.. ( virgina or maryland i think is what she said)..

So how diabetes friendly are these states? How is the school generally speaking and in regards to diabetes? We are now in a very diabetes friendly state school and other wise.

ANY suggestions or thoughs that you can share with me would be fantastic...

I answered your thread on the other board.

If they do end up moving there is an excellent yahoo group serving local parents and adults with type 1 - I can send you the URL for her to request membership from the administrator (who is not me).
