The g4 got inserted a bit ago and we are waiting to put her her first 2 readings. After a year on MDI and just a finger sticks it feels surreal to have all the high tech gadgets here and working

Same here! Today is the first day at school with the G4. Amazing how different things are from dx a year ago.

Oh I love it. I let her stay home about an hour and a half after the two readings to watch her graph. It was kind of neat to watch her bs rise, then fall after a snack.

Wait till tonight when you can just reach over to the nightstand and see what's happening without having to get up. :D

We've had it for about two months and it is amazing how dependent I have become and the peace of mind it gives me. I downloaded the software the other night and I LOVE to look at the trends on the graph.

I wish they would have sent us home from the hospital with one, it really is a game changer in treating this disease.
