pls all I need help. Have no idea whats happening.

My DD (7 years) has gotten pretty bad numbers for the last 3 weeks, so I have made some changes in the basals, increased half of night basals, half of afternoon basals.
Thought perfect. for 3 days she had again perfect numbers, did not go above 140 at all. Now after 3 days the numbers are again up and down. Shooting to 280 for no reasons anytime of the day, everyday different timings.
Should i still keep increasing basals or what?
an example today morning, woke up with 112, got dressed, gave insulin for breakfast and before starting to eat within minutes shooting upto 280. We have sensor so I can see what is hapening all the time.
I even finger prick her all the time because I think this cant be true.

She's not heading low before going back up? My daughter is older, but I have to set her basal to increase as soon as she wakes up. There are hormones that spike upon waking and can increase blood sugar.
