So, just to take everyone's minds off of our little troll issues, how about a poll. Who thinks that my son got his seasonal flu shot today? He said he would. The grocery store where he gets his food and insulin is having a flu shot clinic today.

    Hmmmmmm.....just vote yes or no.

And then post something else, diabetes related to push the annoying posts farther down on the page!:D

lol I wouldn't if I was his age. Thanx for the reminder though, I need to pay off the pedi first so we can get in (long story).

I voted no. My college kid is "too busy" for most requested or required activities.

My guess is no, otherwise you wouldn't have posted about it lol.

Lia gets hers on Thursday. For once she isn't dreading it and all the flu talk in the news must be getting to her as she seems eager to get it lol. Guess I don't have to pretend we are going to the pediatrician's for some other reason this time.

Because yes, the child with diabetes is (or was) scared of getting her flu shot.

I'm giving Alex the benefit of doubt and voted yes. Now, if I could get Matt to get his! ..........."uh, they are having a flu shot clinic at school next week." Think I'll mosey on over to the HCC website and verify that date!

Alas....between the flu shot clinic at school on Friday (that he wasn't sure when it was) and the one at the store today, he has still not gotten it! Oh well, I guess this is what Parent's Weekend is about....I'll take him to get one when we get there....maybe the swine flu shot will be available too.

Thanks for the positive vibes, anyway!
