Does anyone know how many carbs are in the slushies at Racetrac? My daughter just came home from school (with my mother-in-law) having had a coconut slushie - 16 oz. Please help  Thank you!

Hmm not sure if this is what you are looking for , this is for the pina colada ICEE brand. Using the drop down feature, it looks like 16 oz. would be 39.4 carbs.

I would search a few more on the site and compare average carb counts, and err on the side of the lower counts. More ICEE flavors below.

ETA I would have a talk with MIL about giving insulin for treats. Teach her to bolus and give her a copy of Calorie King to keep with her for just such an occasion.

Next time, ask at the counter for nutrition facts. They print them out and give them to you.

We LOVE Racetrac and QT Slushies!
