I'm looking for good 15 - 30g snacks to throw in the beach bag or pool bag !
Soething pre-packaged that wouldn't have to be counted out and something that won't get smashed in my bag like PB crackers.
    Any ideas????

Kayla loves the special K granola type bars. That is her go to thing to throw in her bag for a snack.

We like twizzlers! and the crackers and cheese handisnacks (cookies and cream ones are good too) ...comes in individual packages...pretty hard to crush.

You can pack a bunch of grapes and a cheese stick in a small tupperware with a few of those plastic "ice cubes" and it will be enough to keep things cool for a few hours.:cwds:

We are big fans of the 100 calorie snacks. They are all mostly 12-17 carbs and prepackaged. :)

I've always wondered about those plastic ice cubes. Do they really work? And they're reusable, right?

Yes, reusable and they work well to keep cool things cool ... I wouldn't count on then to keep things "cold", but cool, they do fine ;)

Great info, thanks. Probably would work well to keep juices from getting that icky warm taste.

We have been on the run a lot this summer with swim team.

We go to sams club and get indiviual bags of trail mix and nuts, also beef sticks, granola bars cheese sticks, pickle that come in a bag, and fruit, oh they also love the little cheese that round in the red wax. Good luck.
