3 hours here too, but only because MM doesn't have a 2.5 setting on our pump. We disregard any IOB at 2.5 hours.

We were told to do 2 hours - we were using 3 hours for Novolog - but I wonder if 3 would be better? Can't do 2.5 on the Pod.

Our Omnipod adjusts from 2 to 6 hours in 30-minute increments.
ETA: Ours is set to 3 hours.

We have it set at 2.5, however I know it is longer. If she is still high at the 2.5 hour and the Dexcom is steady then I will take a BG and correct. But she is usually coming down at the 2.5 mark and I just leave it. The reason we leave the 2.5 as our IOB is if I made a mistake in carb counting I will start to correct at the 2.5 timeframe, but only because the Dexcom shows that she is not going down. Not sure if this makes sense or not.

You are right! I thought I had tried to change it, but apparently I was looking at something else. I have changed ours to 2.5. Thanks!
