When you send in your information to the pump company (ie: insurance, medical) how long generally before you hear back from them? I'm just wondering if I should be patient for a couple more days/weeks? or should i call/e-mail and ask for an update? We faxed in our insurance and medical information to animas on 10/26. I talked to them that day, to make sure they got the information (they did). No contact since then.

I think it was a couple of days. They did mention our insurance was pretty quick to get back with them.

It can't hurt to call and get an update.

Ours only took a couple of days for Animas to get approval from the insurance co. I would call the rep.
