Pediatric indication for CGMs

    Is Medtronic still the only one with indication for kids?

    Do you mean FDA approval? If so then yes.

    yep, but navigator and dexcom, both work well on young people too. call your insurance and see if they will favor one company over the other. I called my insurance rep and then asked if they had any contracts with a cgm company. they said that they only had a contract with dexcom, and they usually approve those because they get them cheaper, but if we wanted to try a mm or navigator they would "look over " my application. I picked dexcom, and had a letter of approval from them (via fax) in my hands within 8 hrs of them recieving the application.
