    I just read this ruling against the state of Alabama and in particular the city of Birmingham about diabetes management in the public schools of Alabama:


    Seems like a win for the parents and students in Alabama.

    Thanks for posting. It's worth reading no matter where you're located. It discusses in nice clear language why policies that limit insulin and glucagon administration to nurses is discriminatory. The logic applies widely - not just to schools.
