Researchers at UCSF and the Madison Clinic for Pediatric Diabetes are partnering with Dexcom to understand how parents of children living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) use continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) in their daily lives. We want to learn about how you use CGM for your child’s diabetes management in order to improve the experience for all families. If you are interested in participating, please click the following link: https://madisonclinic.ucsf.edu/us-kids-use-sensors-kids-diabetes-study The survey has two parts: (1) an anonymous survey and (2) an option to contribute some of your child’s diabetes device data to the study. In compensation for your time and effort, you may receive up to $30 in an electronic amazon gift card after successful completion of part 1 and 2 of the study. We sincerely appreciate it and are happy and honored to work with parents and caregivers like you. Thank you!
