Oatmeal Battle

    I know it doens't make it any better, but I struggled with this all through highschool, now I'm in college and when I bother to eat breakfast it's oatmeal... it doesn't cause me trouble anymore! I guess I grew out of it=/

    I eat oatmeal on weekends, always old fashioned, I use cranberries, cinnamon and nutmeg,a dab of butter when cooking(sometimes I add other fruit) then cream, my bolus is 50/50 sq wave, so far I've never spiked. I never use any sugar either.
