Lumps in feet she needs surgery...

    I had it too, which is why I asked. Funny thing is that I actually accidentally slammed it against a doorframe or something and it hurt like crazy, but then it was much better! Weird.
    Doesn't sound like the OP, of course, but couldn't help but bring it up.
    Hoping the best for the OP's daughter's surgery.

    Well I know it is a long time for an update.

    But we did have probelms and today we received the biopsy report.

    She didn't go low in the AM so that was fine but her blood sugar was 20 (I am in Canada) after surgery because of all the glucose in the IV:eek:. They didn't allow a correction because she is on NPH, and yet she was given half the dosage before going into surgery...
    My husband was with her and didn't have them phone children's hospital or her endocrinologist like I asked.
    I was in an exam so I couldn't be with her. Thankfully I was able to correct as soon as I got home.

    One of the incisions became infected and she was put on mega antibiotics.

    Just received the biopsy today. They are Rheumatoid arthritis nodules. Now I am ll worried again.:(
