    Hi everyone.
I was very active on the boards after my daughter was newly diagnosed but haven't been on in a few years.
I am back to ask a favour.
My daughter recently lost her diabetes bag and we are hoping to replace her OneTouch ultrasmart meter which is no longer in production. It's the only one we can find that allows for inputting of her insulin dosages which is a must for her. I wondered if anyone had one kicking around they weren't using that they might be willing to send me. I would happily pay for shipping and for the meter.
Could you let me know if you do?
    Thanks so much
    Karen

If you can not find one you might look into this new meter from Accu-check

I believe it is pretty much the remote to the Combo pump, which we did trial and did like the remote, but did not like the firmware to calculation, but you might.

Have you ask your endo's office? I know ours still has a few sitting on the shelf there...

We use the Bayer Contour Next USB, and it allows for logging insulin dosage and carb intake, if that's what you mean.

My son lost his diabetes bag just last night at Wal-mart, of all places. I think we both got exhaustion headaches from looking for it! :)
