I was wondering what Ketchup brands are diabetes friendly I found a gluten free one, sweetened with Agave nector at KC Classic Gourmet Foods. Any suggestions?

1 tablespoon of ketchup has 5 grams of carbohydrate. That is free in my son's diabetes management.

Our regular ketchup seems pretty friendly.

    Hunt's, because it's HFCS-free. Heinz reduced-sugar.
