John and tummy sites

    I think I figured out how to get him to do his tummy. I have done this twice in a row and it has worked pretty good.
    I do the usuall prep and then when it is time to put the site on I take the inset set it on his tummy, wait for him to tell me he is ready and then we sing the ABC song once or twice what ever he wants and then when we get to the "Z" I pop.
    It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to do but it is a lot better than him screaming, running away and fighting for an hour or two or three or even more.

    When dd was diagnosed the nurse told us that the tummy has less feeling, less nerve endings, than the other sites. Don't know if that's true or not but dd has always preferred tummy to any other place.
