We bought some chicks and ducklings at the farm store Tuesday. Twelve chicks and two ducklings are making my house sound like spring. I love it!! It may be 12 degrees outside, but the dining room sounds warm.
Oh! I bet they're fuzzy and sweet! I'm jealous! We have snow drops blooming here, pretty, but not warm and sweet sounding:cwds:
So cute!!!! I want to see pictures, pretty please!!! We found two bunnies in our yard in January and (of course) we had babies 2 weeks ago . So our house is ready for Easter, too!!!
I'll have to see if my daughter can help me with pictures later. We are out the door soon to Nathan's endo appt.
Okay, let's see if this is going to work. http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1413-1.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1418.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1417.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1412.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1410.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1407.jpg http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt118/lynnannabanana/100_1411.jpg
That second picture, the one of the duckling in the palm of someone's hand is too adorable!! And cool eggs! Easter colors without the dye!
Makes me think of "Chick Days" at my mother's feed store... the place would just be abuzz with "cheeps."
Yossi's favorite book is Barnyard Dance. He's loving the pics!! Clucking and Cheeping away. Its so cute. The ducklings and chics are adorable.
How fun! We got baby ducks once when I was pregnant with Carson. (We had a pond behind our house. We never got them again, though! One of the ducks got so attached to me that it followed me everywhere -- one day I went to take a walk, the duck followed, and a car came speeding down the street.........enough said. Another duck decided to jump/fly over our very very tall fence into the neighbor's yard who raised siberian huskeys. Sigh.....no more ducks!
