Thought i would save some money by getting copay disciunt card from novonordisk. Should have gotten me a 25 dollar copay for 30 day supply. Problem is the pharmacy insists on running it as a 33 day supply. 60 units a day is 1800 units but vial only has 1000 units but 2 vials is 200 units too much. Grrrrr. Anyone else problem this sort of problem.

You should still be able to use the copay card. But as an alternative you could switch to pens and you could get 6 pens which is the 1800 units. we pump but draw from pens. Also we get both vials and pens and we fill sometimes at the same time and are able to use copay card on both. We are just now seeing this sort of this this year with filling based upon package size and I am finding that not all pharmacies are the same, I am going to be shopping around.
