We will be camping over the holiday weekend, and there will be an icecream social while we are there. I have a feeling it is going to be homemade icecream:rolleyes: I know the carb count will vary depending on amount of ingredents used....but does anyone have advice on how to carb count it??? Or as some of us say "SWAG" it, LOL!!

Maybe this will help you, I found this online at http://www.dietitian.com/diabexch.html

If you can find out the recipe that is being used by the person making the ice cream where you are going and compare it to this, maybe that can give you an idea of the carbs in it.
