Kelton attends a online high school through California Virtual Academy, and I asked to have a 504 plan in place, the school has no idea on how to write one up. I mainly want one in place for when he is required to take the state tests. Plus I want a paper trail that will follow him to college.. Since all of his school work is done at home and on the computer how should I word the 504 plan? Any suggestions or ideas would be so very helpful. Oh, in the last public school he was in they refused to let us have a 504 plan, so I do not have any idea what should be on one.
