Is there some phenomenon that kids with T1D must always sleep on their hands?

We don't have hide and seek hands, but we do have "flail around like a maniac and get blood everywhere hands" lol

I have that problem too, usually because I'm so tired I forget to bring a tissue with me. Or, I manage to get a drop of blood but by the time I reach for me meter, she rolls over, ripping her hand from mine and destroying the nice little blood drop I had all ready.

I love when mine has her hand stuck either in her waistband or between her legs! Thankfully my youngest has not started this.

We had the same problem and also switched to toes, because her hands usually turned into a wrestling match. I wonder if she did that before D and I just never had a reason to notice or if it was a reaction to night testing.
