I thought it would be a lot of help to our new members of this special club if we could start a list of items we buy at the grocery store that are gluten free. There are a lot items out there that you can buy without having to go to a speciality shop. *Remember to always double check the ingredients because they may change but this could be a good starting point:D
    Angie

    Lay's Stax potato chips
    Del Monte fruit cups
    Cattleman's Classic BBQ Sauce
Yoplait yogurt (some say gluten free on the back)
Nesquick Chocolate milk says gluten free on the back
LLoyd's BBQ meat/chicken/pork says gluten free- it's located by the meat and makes a great sandwich

Can someone point me to an Oyster Sauce (chinese sauce) that is Gluten Free. I got GF Soy Sauce but can't seem to find any Oyster sauce. I found a recipe for our favorite chinese dish and since I can't guarantee they'll make it GF, I need to try and make it myself. Can't find it on the list of GF products at my Whole Foods

It is the Nesquick chocolate milk ready to drink in the milk section. It says gluten free and so does the strawberry. I think the small jugs are 10 carbs each.

We do not have celiac. But do use Quinoa pasta (in the turquoise box) which is gluten free, does not spike DNs blood sugar and is a wonder food. Must buy in health food stores or from Quinoacorp online. There are other brands and I cannot vouch for these. But if 100 percent Quinoa, definitely should be gluten free.

Yup Spam! Peg makes a spam pasta salad that's really good. Spam is a Hormel Product. Hormel is very good about ingredient labeling. They will disclose wheat, barley, rye & oats. Many products are labeled GF. :)

When calling their customer service line - they are some of the best in industry!! At least in my experience.

Herb-Ox chicken and beef broth packets - I use these all the time, to make flavored rice, soup and pot roast.

Hubby was shopping for Super Bowl food the other night. He was surprised that Lipton Onion Soup mix had wheat in it, but the generic Harris Teeter brand didn't.
