Grant uses Smartees and fruit snacks (18g per bag from Costco). Juice of any kind brings him up really fast and results in a head ache.

He uses power bars when he plays hockey but they don't hold up well in the Texas heat when he plays golf so we switched to Smartees.

Always on the hunt for something - anything - that has some nutritional value. We use raisins, individually-wrapped prunes, "Go-Go Fruit" from Costco, bananas during the day. Boxes of Hershey's chocolate milk (also from Costco) for overnight lows.

Skittles for a big low, starbursts for a mini low, also apple juice for a low that is just right. They did a clinical trial on skittles in canada holding them up against glutabs. They are the same in effectiveness but more fun.
