Does anyone know whether the x2 LGPS will use G5 or G6? I've read that the first step will use g5 and the second stage g6, but I think the company said they were waiting for G6? Just wondering whether to order g6 soon or continue with g5 until Tandem's update is released....
So in terms of transmitter size does anybody know how smaller the G6 will be? Will it be the size of the thinner G4?
Beyond type 1 did an unboxing on Facebook. The G6 is definitely thinner than the G5. I would probably guesstimate that it's a bit larger than two stacked quarters. On one of the G5 Facebook groups, there's been a lot of discussion about the G6 having a 10-day hard shut-off. A lot of us try to get as long as possible with a sensor, so it's going to stink not having a stockpile of sensors. I'm definitely looking forward to the new applicator though.
