Diasend and pump question

    OK, what's the trick with downloading pump info to Diasend? I'm using the cable/dongle and it keeps saying it's searching but nothing is found.

    Also, I can't seem to figure out how to get to the reports?

    Have you used it before?
    I had to get a newer version of wireless interface usb cable then what originally came with my pump to download.
    I had the Actisys IR204 (there is a lable on the back of the reciever).
    I called animas and they sent out the IR224.
    Once I got that then I was able to get it to work.
    Hope that helps.

    Thanks! I have the 220L, so I assume that is the problem. Will call this am.

    All set now. Actually Animas had sent me one, I forgot about it:p

    Whew, those reports sure show the good, the bad and the ugly!
