    From the complaints I have seen on this forum the licensed nurses are often not very swift when it comes to administering insulin. I would much rather have an unlicensed person who has some common sense than a licensed nurse with none. In fact, I see little reason that a license would be needed since almost none of us parents is licensed and we all figure it out. An obvious ploy on the part of the nurses union to secure their jobs - the legitimate role of a union but not in the best interest of our kids who just need someone with common sense.

    Thanks Ellen. I would really love to see the oral argument. I am checking to see if they are observable online anywhere.
