Lucas is interested in a CGM now. (We tried the MM CGM years ago, long story not right for us at the time). I have gone to the Dexcom site and when i request more information it says it is not approved for people under 18. I assume that is true of the Dexcom plus but i can t get any info on the 7. Maybe I am totally looking for the wrong thing. Any help would be great! Thanks.

FDA has only approved for 18 and up so they legally have to word it that way. With a MD order you can get Dexcom. Give them a call and they'll talk you through the process.

Yes, all Dexcom needs is a letter of medical necessity from the endo, then all is fine. FDA cracked down on them several months ago about pedi use.

They can't offer it to you, but you can ask for it. Your doctor can order it.
