I know I haven't been around in what seems like ages to me, but summer's been busy, with work and summer courses, and college is starting soon. So, it's been a bit crazy. But to get to my point...I wrote a poem a few days ago, after having a crappy day of blood sugars with some crazy swings. It just really got me down, so I wrote a poem about it to get it out. Waking up to a low at 4am is never fun to do, You take your 15 grams of carbs, oh, if you only knew. And when you wake the next morning, a high you'll probablly find A 272 to start the day does not give piece of mind. Correct the high and start your day, set a reminder to check two hours later 98, you're coming down, how these moments I do saver. I have to now check ketones A roller coaster of highs and lows, the cause, forever unknown.
