Yeah they have but the fear of lows is still haunting her. Her Dex alarmed yesterday at school and she panicked and ate 5 glucose tabs. Time heals all wounds so hopefully this will pass.

Hi Judy!! I've been called into work, and it is making us all a little nuts. I hadn't planned on working this year, but Andrew's teacher was called to active duty, so then I was called to help out in his absence. I don't know how full-time working people manage it all, but I am trying ( : Thanks for noticing that I haven't been around. Sometimes life seems to change quickly on these boards... How're you doing?

Sorry, I've been taking a break. CWD has turned into something that I can't even place into words. I wish some people understood the true meaning of "opinion".

I just wanted to stop in and say thank you for listening and posting replies back when we were dealing with so much so early on!!! It sure helps having a fellow Ohioan so near to be there when needed!I wanted you to know you are often in my thoughts and prayers and that I have appreciated all you have done!

Thank you so very much. We're all in this together - fighting for our children to live strong and healthy lives with the diabetes, and working to cure our children and prevent diabetes in siblings and future offspring.

We have been running on the same schedule..lol And it took the Endo on call 2 1/2 hours to call me back.. I was not happy with that man. Have a Wonderful holiday season to you and your family...

Thanks for asking Judy! Pumping is going great. Now we are working on the CGMS. A1C this past Wed. was 7.1, I'm hoping in 3 months with pumping it will be even lower.
