Just checking to see how you are doing? It might be helpful to look for a JDRF group in your area. Connecting with a mom nearby would be very comforting. This will get better. It is hard and it stinks but he will be great. It is a new normal and even still 2 yrs later I am in disbelief. Allow yourself to be angry, sad, mad and then jump up and realize that this is life and you need to make it the best you can. When I'm feeling down about diabetes, I use that to educate others through facebook, fundraising for a JDRF walk or just anyone in general. Then there are times where I just ignore it all and we do our day to day. If you are on facebook I would love to have you as a friend. You can find me at Denise Ramsey Zirbel. I have made a lot of diabetes friends this way.
