Fish and Mango Salsa 1 small red pepper, chopped 2 large mangoes, chopped 1/4 medium purple onion, chopped 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2 small limes, squeezed (1/4 t. salt) 1-1 1/2 lbs. white fish, grouper or tilapia Combine first six ingredients and chill. Sprinkle fish with pepper and salt. Grill or bake. To bake, dot with butter(or spray with butter spray) and bake uncovered 425 for 20 minutes in greased baking dish. Serve with Mango Salsa.
