Last night when I put Dylan and Brooke to bed, they were both at very numbers for them to go to sleep at (137 and 158). They hadn't been running low at all and had no extra activity so I figured we didn't have any unexpected lows to worry about. I woke up at around 1 to Tresston and Samantha crying. They both sleep through the night already so I wasn't sure why they were awake but went to check on them anyway. I tried to feed them and they wouldn't eat, they weren't wet, and I just couldn't find anything wrong with them. But no matter how hard I tried, they would not stop crying. Dh took a turn trying to calm them down while I went to check Dylan and Brooke. Dylan had dropped to 41 and Brooke was at 37. After I ran to get juice and got them back up, suddenly the babies stopped crying and went right back to sleep just as fast as they had woken up. No need for insurance approval since it looks like we have our very own CGMS already. :cwds:
Yep, you've your own CGM ! I allways find interesting how hypos have strange way to show up I hope you were ok after all that, must have been stressing, unexpected hypos.
Wow! Hey if you have them sleep in the same room with their big bro and sis, they might "work" even better!
wow, I've often thought that we had the same thing going with Sophia!! Last night she kept waking up and Sam was on a chinese food high. I have often commented that she is our little CGMS, that and the dogs wanting to potty at 4 am
