After 9 years of 1/2 time work, I am heading back full time today:)

It will be really, really, nice to have an employer pay part of our medical policy and to have a better choice of plans (CalPERS). Anyone have any thoughts on the best plan let me know--some of you must be CalPERS.

    Nervous, excited, etc.

Commute on train every day should be kind of fun, I think.

Can't speak to the insurance question, but I do wish you a smooth transition and exiting, engaging work! Good luck!:cwds:

Thanks all. So far, so good. All told, DH has handled 2 medical appts., one prescription refill, and all the attendant calls to school re those same appts. Nothing has fallen apart and everyone generally seems happy that mom is out of their hair a bit more. Not quite sure how I feel about that, but probably is a good thing as DS approaches his last few years of High School.
