OK, those were the words out of my doctors mouth when I went to the doctor yesterday. I have been loosing over the past few months...but nothing is ever good enough! It has actually ticked me off and motivated me, so I guess it worked.

Bottom line, all adults (and kids) with diabetes need to keep working hard EVERY day!

I handle the problem of my weight in the best possible way...by ignoring it and hoping it goes away.

My doc gets on my case even though I am a healthy BMI (21.5). If I lose five pounds she's on my case, if I gain five pounds she's on my case. I'm sorry, I'm 21 years old. I work two jobs, and go to school full time. I have a monthly cycle...FORGIVE ME!
