The weather was fabulous. 74 and sunny with a gentle breeze. We were a bit concerned because thunderstorms were predicted but they did not materialize. There was about 500 cyclists at the Grafton Tour De Cure in Southeast Wisconsin this morning. The group raised over $150,000 (and counting) for the ADA. There were many red riders (those with T1 or T2 diabetes) and they all wore the red rider cycling jersey so they could be recognized as they rode. Each time you passed a red rider or they passed you, you shout out " Go Red Rider!!"

It's events like this that helps raise awareness of diabetes.

Sounds like a great event. My DH lived in Milwaukee for a long time (went to UWM) and always says the summers in Milwaukee are spectacular.
