Does anyone know of a website I can go to and enter in the ingredients to a recipie and it will give me all of the nutritional info (including fiber)? I'm making a new recipie -- it has 100% whole wheat flour and oatmeal and I'm too lazy to flip to every ingredient in Calorie King to find the carbs and then flip to the fiber page and try to calculate that as well...
Here are a few to try out. I hope one of them is what you are looking for. http://www.recipecal.com/ http://carb.qarchive.org/ http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Misc__Utilities/JV_Recipe_Calculator.html
I use a program all the time for recipes to calculate the carbs and fiber, it is called mastercook 9. I got it at Best Buy and it was not too expensive. I use it whenever we use our own recipes.
Nutritiondata I use Nutritiondata.com and have found it very useful and easy! We do lots of home cooking!
