Ok so I knew I was sort of smart but it turns out I'm one of the group the school has their eye on to try to get into Oxford or Cambridge. The thing is I know they have to look at my application because of my diabetes, but I am not sure if I want to go to Oxbridge. I am only in yr 9 why I am even thinking about university now!!!!!

Hi, I'm at Cambridge (just finished my first year). I agree that year 9 is quite young, but they might be running events or something which could help you decide whether or not Oxbridge is right for you.

As for diabetes, it shouldn't affect your application or chances of success. You don't even need to disclose it (though I did).

Let me know if you have any questions or anything. Cambridge is great. :)

Thanks but I don't think I'm going to go as I searched the courses last night and they don't have the one I'm after (meterology with a view to go into tornadoes)
