I take 14 units of Lantus in the morning and I take 1 unit of Novolog for every 10 carbs. It's definitely a pattern with going low at the same time everyday. Maybe I need to change my Lantus, I don't know.

The peak from the morning Lantus is probably pulling down blood sugars, and together with the breakfast bolus is making you go low. If your blood sugars are steady overnight (which is what you want), then you leave the Lantus as is and reduce the breakfast bolus by a little. Keep inching down until the lows before lunch stop.

    Good luck! :)
