Northern lights

The potential to see the northern lights, because of the solar flares today. Hoping for clear skies and seeing the aurora borealis.
I have not yet seen the northern lights, looking forward to a spectacular night.

 

Cool! Looks like it may be something folks as south as Pennsylvania will be able to see. I had no idea. Thanks for the heads up!

 

I remember as a kid (maybe 9 or 10?) we saw them all the way down here in Texas - it was very surreal!

They arer beautiful. I have seen them and it is amazing. Hope you get to see them.

 

They were supposed to be visible here too, but it was too cloudy and rainy last night. Maybe tonight we will get lucky! I have always wanted to see them! I hope you all got to see them! -Allison
