Hi, so I was diagnosed almost a week ago and I am still adjusting to my new life style. Does anybody have any tips on how to make life a little easier and just in general any ideas on coping with it? My parents think that I am fine because I don't act bothered by it but I am mad that I have diabetes (it hasn't shown in my family for 5 generations) and upset and scared and every other emotion possible to feel, is what I am feeling. Also does anybody know of any low carb snacks that are easy to eat on the go? ANY tips and recipes will be greatly appreciated!
