    About This Study
    The goal of this study is to better understand the unique barriers experienced by caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes and autism.

    Who Can Volunteer?
    Caregiver of a child 5 to 18 years of age diagnosed with both type 1 diabetes and autism
    Individuals who can read, write, and communicate effectively in English
    Individuals with a telephone and Internet access
    Individual who can consent to and complete study procedures

    What Will Volunteers Do?
    Answer questions online to determine eligibility
    Participate in a phone interview
    Submit a copy of child's most recent A1c result
    Answer questions about your child's autism

    Compensation may total $95, if all study data is provided.
