Then there are a bunch of youtubes with Rabbis talking about how to clean ovens, pantry etc. for pesach....which I find so ironic since it's likely their wives are doing ALL the work. I had it last night. Well, I always have it, but I really let the words fly!! The reality is, I do all the D care, majority of the childcare, all of the housework, errands, cooking, and holiday preparation. Everyone else gets to enjoy it. I hate it! I don't need to keep Pesach to remember what it was like to be a slave 6000 years ago! All I have to do is wake up in the morning!! I need a vacation. I need a break from my family and responsibilities. I'd take a day. A few hours would be awesome. Truth is, before D I never got a break. Now that we have D in our lives, its impossible.
