How do you know or feel when your about to go into a hypo ?
My daughter usually feels shaky. If she (or the CGM) doesn't catch it in the 60s, sometimes she will turn pale. At night she may be sweaty. I can hear a low in her voice; there's an whiny or desperate sound to it, depending on how low she is.
I do feel my hypos. At around 75 I start feeling shaky.
At 60 I feel the physical symptoms of panic and thirst.
At 55 I feel actual panic and urgency-- like test NOW.
Between 40-50 I get a tingling in my stomach.
When I get below 40 (I have only recorded it happening once but it may have happened twice) I start to slur a bit and I feel so, so weak.
I usually catch my lows at home and in school but if I am doing something where I have to be super involved it may take me a bit.
