Looking for whole wheat dinner roll recipe

    I've found tons of recipes that use half whole wheat and half all-purpose flour, but I'm trying to stay away from the all-purpose. Plus, I don't have any right now.

    I have done a lot of experimenting with ways to get more fiber into my recipes. So, I would take your favorite dinner roll recipe and try a 50/50 ratio of all purpose flour and whole wheat, OR try leaving out 1/2 cup of flour and replacing it with 1/2 cup of oat bran and then add a couple tablespoons of ground flax seed (I add these two ingredients to pancake batter, banana bread and just about anything I bake). I have found that they don't interfere very much with the texture or flavor.
