Just curious, I feel like I ~might~ be passing a kidney stone (have had on and off pain yesterday and today) and while I get that the painful episode itself would probably cause a rise in blood sugar due to stress or even possible infection, I'm just wondering if its possible that say, about two weeks ago, when there was no pain... when I noticed a marked increased need for basal, if that may have been the start of the Kidney stone issue (even though I didn't feel it) and my basal needs might decrease again once the whole issue is over? Or is that increased basal need likely to just be coincidental?

(I have had two kidney stones diagnosed before and once, because it happened relatively quickly, I'm pretty sure I just passed it on my own without going to the doctor/hospital)

    Pretty random question, I know.
