LOL mine is going to sound bread-with-no-butter plain. When I grow up, get married, and all that good stuff, if I have a lil girl, I THINK I'll name her Elisabeth Anne. But that's like a day-to-day change thing. This is today, tomorrow is a 95% chance of being different. :p

Lotsa people. For the longest time I was going to name a daughter "Lauren" after my then-best-friend. But we're not "best" friends anymore. Just plain friends.

For awhile I liked the name "Justin" for a girl, but I spelled it "Justyn"

    Boz.

ok, I know this is the teens section, but thought you might get a kick out of this.

My brother and his wife are expecting their second baby in January. Just found out it's a girl, but had it been a boy his name was going to be Mudcat John. I'm serious - I'm also a little disappointed it's not going to be a boy. lol. Her name will be Molly Jean.

I hae always liked the name Nyquie (Nicki) or Kaillien (Kayleen). I like complicated hard to pronounce names these particular ones are very pretty.

I don't want a boy. Considering my genetics I will inevitably have one, but I will let my husband name it.

(genetics: My aunt has 4 boys, no girls, my dad had 2 brothers, my uncle had 2 boys 1 girl, my parents had 3 boys 2 girls, etc.)

YOU NEVER KNOW. My grandparents had 5 boys. My Uncle Boyd had 2 girls, my uncle Gary had 2 boys, my Uncle Theron had 3 girls, and my uncle Quinton had 1 boy/1 girl. My parents had 1 boy/1 girl. And my grandfather had more brothers than sisters I believe.

Oooh. I like Aidan and Ian. But Keiran is a little too similar to Keirsten, don't you think?

Wait... I thought the sex of the baby depends on the father's sperm cells??

Nope! The female produces the chromosones ((sp??)) that determines the sex of the baby!
